Alabama Gold lives up to its name, very Robust variety of Pyrrosia lingua and extremely easy to cultivate. This variety was marketed several years ago by Plant Delights Nursery in NC. While I did obtain a similar variety from Japan, it is identical to this one, so I am using one name for both. This is a very attractive cultivar and produces brilliant golden yellow leaves that slowly green up but remain lime green, never getting as dard as other P. lingua varieties. It is a standard size plant, with no other differences in size or texture. I REALLY LIKE THIS VARIETY!
